ABOUT US

It all started in 2009 with the creation of InfoVR.com . The lack of information in French on RVs at that time paved the way for the first news website for the RV industry in Quebec. Already involved in the automobile industry with AutoActualités.com and AutoNewsCast.com, taking the step towards RVs was only natural. The success of InfoVR.com was so rapid that we decided to leave the automotive world to focus on RVs. Involved in the sale of VR, there was no shortage of information sources and facilitated InfoVR's entry into this consumer segment. Being caravanners and campers since the '80s, our knowledge of this hobby and even more of recreational vehicles has ensured that the information is accessible to all.

Our participation in the Montreal and Quebec RV Shows with a national competition where we drew a trailer definitely propelled InfoVR.com beyond our expectations. This then gave rise to the birth of the RV Guide as you know it today. The RV Guide is gradually being transformed to be even more user-friendly and easy to use. The first source of information for consumers looking for an RV will certainly be ready to celebrate its fifteenth anniversary in December 2023, still under the official name of Guide du VR but at a new address:

Free VR Stops is the answer to the rise in popularity of camping. Quebecers want to travel more freely and at lower costs... Haltes-VR Gratuites is a tool that allows travelers to find a place to rest when they are in transit.

We are happy to share hundreds of links to Haltes-VR , free parking or to low-cost campsites throughout Quebec.
